I am looking to buy a used 07 model. The used car dealership claims it is 4 wheel drive, but I'm skeptical. How can I make sure?

My Uncle has one and when I sat in the seat it was like floating on air, but besides the seats being so comfortable I thought it was an overall good Jeep? Good buy or not?
